This package includes:
- Three 60-minute in-person visits with Wendy, Nurse Practitioner
- Two 60-minute virtual visits with Christine, Health Coach
- Two 60-minute virtual visits with Ashley, Dietitian
- Comprehensive laboratory testing through bloodwork
- Saliva test to measure cortisol (stress hormone) levels throughout the day
- Two glucose biosensors for 10–14 days of continuous glucose monitoring
- Starter supplement bundle
